Islamabad High Court has reportedly questioned the sanction of Rs. 215 million prize money by Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for the cricket team after its victory in Champions Trophy. According to reports, the court, while hearing a petition filed by advocate Tariq Asad, also asked the PM’s Secretariat to explain the law under which such rewards could be justified.
