SC books N Srinivasan again, drops charges against Anurag Thakur

The Supreme Court on Friday reportedly sent notice to former ICC chairman N Srinivasan and former BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah for blocking reforms made by the RM Lodha panel and flouting age and tenure guidelines issued by the panel. The apex court also reportedly dropped contempt proceedings against former BCCI president Anurag Thakur after he tendered an unconditional apology. N Srinivasan and Niranjan Shah have to reply to the notice when the BCCI case comes up for hearing next on July 24, say reports.
