Reports have claimed that Brazil President Michel Temer was secretly recorded discussing hush money payoffs to a jailed associate. Meanwhile Opposition politicians and protesters have called for the removal of Temer. Reports claim Temer allegedly authorised payments of hush money to Eduardo Cunha, a former speaker of the lower house. However, Temer's office immediately denied the report.
