The European Union antitrust regulators are expected to impose a penalty on the American social media giant Facebook over the $19 billion WhatsApp deal. According to reports, Facebook is accused of providing incorrect or misleading information to the investigators who were probing the company's takeover of messaging service WhatsApp.
