GST Council meeting will reportedly begin on Thursday where it will decide the overall taxes for Goods and Services. The meeting will be headed by the Union Finance Minister with representatives from 29 state and union territories. The council will extend talks for the next two days and will fix most of the Goods and Service tax rates.
