According to reports, Enforcement Directorate is planning to file a case against former Finance Minister P Chidambaram's son Karti Chidambaram and INX Media. Several reports suggest that ED is planning to file a case under the sections of Prevention of Money Laundering Act for the alleged irregularities in the grant of FIPB approval. Notably, The CBI on Tuesday conducted raids at premises linked to Karti Chidambaram.
