Indian skipper Virat Kohli has revealed that the side’s marquee bowler Ravichandran Ashwin will play in the ICC Champions Trophy semifinal against neighbours Bangladesh. Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Kohli said, “I think Ashwin was brilliant in the last game and I don't see any good reason to change that. The team played well it was a complete performance, and I certainly don't think that there is any need to change anything.” Notably, India will play Bangladesh in the second semi-final at Edgbaston on Thursday.
