At least eight persons, including a woman, were killed and 30 wounded after a state-run bus going to Jaunpur from Allahabad fell from a bridge. Reporting to media, District Magistrate of Jaunpur Sarvagyaram Mishra said, "At around 1.30 pm, the driver lost control of the vehicle which hurtled down the bridge and landed on the bank of Sai Rive".
