The Madras High Court on Friday reportedly stayed all further proceedings in a FERA violation case against AIADMK (AMMA) deputy general secretary TTV Dhinakaran. Dhinakaran had sought the high court to order a stay of proceedings stating the additional chief metropolitan magistrate (economic offences court-I) had not heard his counsel before framing charges in the case on April 19.
