Former Calcutta High Court judge C S Karnan, who was arrested by a team of West Bengal CID in Coimbatore on Tuesday, was taken to hospital on Thursday after he complained of chest pain. However, he was returned to Presidency correctional home (jail) since “Nothing unusual was found in his medical tests”, a CID officer reportedly said.
