Competition Commission of India, in reply to Bharti Airtel’s complaint, has reportedly said that data and voice call offers provided Indian telco Reliance Jio did not amount to anti-competitive behaviour. According to reports, CCI, in an order published on its website, also added that Jio did not have a dominant position in the Indian telecom industry as it was a new entrant.
