Infosys chief operating officer Pravin Rao has reportedly announced the employees that company is not planning any major layoffs. According to reports, Rao sent an email reading, “I would like to put to rest any speculation around planned layoffs. As has been the case in the past, we will primarily see some performance based exits.”, to Infosys workers. Notably, earlier it was said that India’s top IT firms would layoff around 56,000 employees this year.
