A report by Times of India reveals that Indians continued to be the largest group of H-1B visa aspirants during 2016-17. Reportedly, Indians top the list with 2.47 lakh applications for the first nine months of the current US financial year. The number of applications by Indians is 74% of the total applications between October 1, 2016, and June 30, 2017, it added. Indians had filed three lakh applications during 2015-16 financial year, the report said.
