Sudden application of brakes caused UP train accident

Reports say sudden application of brakes after the driver spotted some repair works on the tracks caused the Utkal Express running off the tracks in Muzaffarnagar of Uttar Pradesh. According to reports, at least 23 people were killed and 72 were injured in the accident where at least 14 coaches of the train ran off the tracks.
