India is the most corrupt Asian country with 69% bribery rates, leaving behind Vietnam, Thailand, Pakistan and Myanmar, said a Forbes report said quoting a study by Transparency International. Almost seven out of ten people had to pay a bribe to access public services, the report said. “In five of the six public services - schools, hospitals, ID documents, police, and utility services - more than half the respondents have had to pay a bribe”, it added.
