The chief of Central Board of Film Certification, Pahlaj Nihalani, on Monday has said a film where alcohol scenes are essential would require an Adult certificate. "Merely putting a ticker warning at the corner of the screen whenever there is smoking or drinking shown, is not enough anymore," he added. Further, he added superstars should set an example in societal behaviour.
