Delhi government is reportedly planning to allow colleges to issue leaners' driving licenses to students by September. To be eligible, students will need to be above 18 and score at least 6 out of 10 marks in an online test that will be administered by the institutions. The project will begin with the government’s Polytechnic colleges.
