In a heart-wrenching incident in Delhi, a 35-year-old man named Narendra Kumar was lying injured on the roadside for over 12 hours after he was hit by a speeding car on Tuesday evening. The incident turned even more distressing when the onlookers, who did nothing to save him, stole his phone, bag containing clothes and Rs 12 from his pocket. Police reportedly said a man on Wednesday morning made a call to police control room to inform about the victim. The man, who is undergoing treatment at hospital, will survive, police reportedly said.
