In a report by The New Indian Express, a staggering number of 88 child trafficking have been reported in the past 30 days. While 70 children have been recovered, it is still a concern as Kerala is rapidly becoming a targeted source for traffickers. According to the report, these children are driven either into sex trade or begging racket. The Union Ministry's 'track the missing child' system had helped cops nab traffickers, media reports suggest.
