During the questioning over the claims for the AIADMK symbol in Delhi, the Election Commission reportedly questioned AIADMK leader Madhusudhanan why he declared a conflicting statement over the appointment of V K Sasikala as general secretary of AIADMK. The senior leader had earlier said that her appointment does not flout the rules of AIADMK. Madhusudhanan’s counsel answered the Commission that he was given the wrong advice at that time.
