Desiya Murpokku Dravidar Kazhagam chief Vijayakanth has reportedly been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai, a statement from the party reportedly said. According to the statement, this is part of a routine medical check-up done every year. It also reportedly asked party functionaries and cadres not to visit the hospital, adding, Vijayakanth will return home in a day or two at the end of check-up.
