Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reportedly launched free WiFi facility for students in colleges and universities on Wednesday. “The objective is to provide free Wi-Fi facility to help youths to move ahead in life and to become digital smart”, said Nitish. Students should use this facility to download books instead of films, added Nitish.
