According to a report by Hindustan Times, a court in Kerala denied divorce to a Muslim man who sent a triple talaq notice to his wife through the form of a registered post in 2012 and sought legal validity for the same. Reportedly, the court stated that the man failed to follow the procedures as prescribed by the Quran. Further, the court also added that the man failed to give any specific reason for the divorce.
