According to reports, at least 22 people were charred to death on Monday morning after a passenger bus collided with a truck on NH 24 in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The injured were reportedly rushed to a nearby hospital. The accident occurred on an under-construction stretch between Bareilly and Shahjahanpur. According to eyewitnesses, overspeeding by the bus driver is stated to be the reason behind this collision.
