After Chennai Silks, fire breaks out in mall at Purasawalkam

According to reports, a fire broke out a Suntec City Shopping Mall at Purasawalkam on Saturday evening. This comes just days after a massive fire accident that wrecked the Chennai Silks building in T Nagar on May 31. The situation was brought under control after at least 15 fire tenders were rushed to the spot. Reportedly, a short circuit in the electrical wiring in the building could have led to the accident.
