Jayant
was the director of
Shankardada MBBS,
which was the Telugu
version of Munnabhai.
The film had Chiranjeevi
in the lead. Enthused
by the success, Jayant
has launched his next
film with another leading
star, Balakrishna. The
film is titled Allari
Pedugu. Balakrishna
plays a double role.
The two heroines are
Charmi(remember Kadhal
azhivadhillai in Tamil?)
and the sexy Katrina
Kaif. While the shapely
Katrina is a supermodel,
her acting prowess has
largely been tested
only in formula Telugu
films. We hope this
film will be somewhat
different. The DTS mixing
schedule for the film
is going on in Chennai.
Balakrishna is the son
of the legendary N.T.
Ramarao.
