The remake of the Hollywood blockbuster
Bride Wars in Hindi will see two
of the top-rated actresses –
Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra
– sharing the screen space
for the first time. Sources close
to both the actresses say that Katrina
and Priyanka were excited about
the offer and agreed to act in it
almost immediately when the offer
was made.
The film will be produced by Shrishti
Arya and the producer has already
obtained the rights from its Hollywood
makers. The original version had
Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway in
the lead roles. Bride Wars is all
about two friends vying with each
other to get married on the same
day, at the same site.
