Vidya Balan’s career has been on the rise even before Paa hit the theatres. The actress is also keenly awaiting the fans’ reaction on the negative role that she had portrayed in Ishkiya.

Now, Vidya has decided to star in a Malayalam film. A native of Kerala, the actress has been receiving offers from Mollywood in the recent times. But due to her hectic schedules in Bollywood, Vidya has not been able to accept the offers. The actress says that talks with some Malayalam filmmakers are moving in the positive direction and she expects to star in a Malayalam film in 2010, if everything goes well.
