THANGAMAGAN MOVIE RELEASE EXPECTATION

Following the success of Wunderbar Film’s Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, Dhanush’s Thangamagan will be the next that will hit the big screen from this production house, in collaboration with G.N.Anbu Chezhiyan’s Gopuram Films. This Velraj directorial retains its core Velai Illa Pattathari (VIP) team and was called VIP 2 for a long time. Samantha and Amy Jackson play the female lead roles while Radikaa Sarath Kumar and KS Ravikumar appear as Dhanush’s parents. It is known that Sathish is a favourite name in Dhanush’s camp and he has an important role to play too.

The trailer and other promotional materials hint some good family drama with the DNA (Dhansuh - Anirudh) spell. Thangamagan will be released by Sri Green Productions in Tamil Nadu. The current screen count is said to be 375 and it is expected to go up to 450. Sources reveal that there is a good response in theater booking and it may be because Thangamagan is going to enjoy the status of a solo release this weekend.
