In his official post, Sanjeev had remarked that the announcement was delayed due to some issues, which were undisclosed by the actor. The wedding took place with only close friends and family in attendance and the pics went viral.

The newly-wedded couple hosted a grand reception for the industry yesterday on September 17th at the Feathers hotel in Chennai. Many of their fans and colleagues graced the reception and wished them both. Watch the reception video below.

Meanwhile, Sanjeev had made his silver screen debut with the 2009 Tamil film, Kulir 100, directed by Anita Udeep. The actor was recently featured in the 2018 horror anthology film, 6 Athiyayam.
