"I HOPE TO SPEAK WITH VIJAY ANTONY NOW"

Sunaina who was recently seen in Deekay’s Kavalai Vendam has been roped into Kiruthiga Udhyanidhi’s next film Kaali where music composer Vijay Antony will play the male lead. The film is expected to go on floors in a couple of weeks.

Sharing her thoughts on this, Sunaina says, “Kiruthiga’s team approached me and I talked to her. She explained to me about my character and I thought it was really really written well. I am happy that she thought of me for her story. I cannot reveal if this is a woman centric film or any more about my character”.

On pairing up with Vijay Antony, Sunaina adds, “He was the music director of my first film Kaadhalil Vizhundhen. I am very sentimental and happy that way also. I will be working with the music director who gave me my first hit. I am extremely excited. When I was working in Kaadhalil Vizhundhen, I was very young and never used to talk to anyone but for exchanging basic pleasantries. I think I had met Vijay Antony and just said, hi, how are you, bye. This time around, hopefully, I will not stop with a ‘hi’, ‘how are you’”.

On her other projects, Sunaina updates, “I am getting offers from Malayalam and Telugu films, but I could not take them up as I had given my dates to Kaali. I will be signing a few projects, but cannot reveal about them now”.
