Actor Shah Rukh Khan, known as the Badshah of Bollywood, has acted in several movies, in a career spanning more than 30 years. Till date, he has sung only a handful of songs like Apun Bola from Josh, or Happy New Year from the film Happy New Year.
While it is understandable that he is shy to sing, and is untrained in singing, he has lent his voice for his IPL team - Kolkata Knight Riders. The anthem of the team is composed by Bappi Lahiri and son, and the superstar actor has crooned his voice, after rehearsing a lot.
This will be a peppy number that will be used to motivate the players. It must be noted that the team has been using the 'Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo' song as their anthem.
On the work front, SRK is fresh from Aanand L Rai's Zero, which didn't perform as expected at the box office, and received negative reviews. He will be taking time to choose his next script. He also backed out of the biopic of Rakesh Sharma, that he was supposed to act.
