Actress Nayanthara is a part of the massive multi-starrer Sye Raa which stars Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachchan, Vijay Sethupathi, Sudeep and Jagapathi Babu in important lead roles.
Latest reports suggest that Nayanthara has started shooting for Sye Raa today (March 20) at a set laid out in the outskirts of Hyderabad. Apparently, important scenes featuring Nayanthara and Jagapathi Babu are being shot. It is also said that Amitabh Bachchan will join the sets around March 28.

It was announced one month ago that director Sarjun's next film is with Nayanthara. The horror flick is produced by KJR studios that bankrolled Aramm and Gulaebaghavali. Sarjun is a director known for his two strongly made short films - Lakshmi and Maa.
Speaking to Behindwoods, he said: "Usually there is a stereotype surrounding horror films that it should be taken according to a specific template. This movie is not a normal one and it definitely is something more than a horror film."
