Kamal Haasan talks about Vijay's Sarkar controversy

Thalapathy Vijay's Sarkar, directed by A.R.Murugadoss saw a massive release in a grand scale on November 6th on the festive occasion of Diwali. Being a political drama, Sarkar has many scenes that discuss about the future of politics, questioning the logical loopholes in the current political system.

On that note, a few scenes from the film has irked the politicians from Tamil Nadu, who have started to stage their protests and debates against the film. Minister Kadambur Raju had recently stated that the team of Sarkar should remove few scenes from the film. A few other Ministers shared their opinions against the film.

While there have been protests against the film, there is also an extensive amount of support from various circles. Legendary actor and Makkal Needhi Maiam Chief, Kamal Haasan has now officially tweeted in support of Sarkar.

Kamal Haasan tweeted.

The tweet is roughly translated as, "It isn't new for this Government to act and pressurise against a film like Sarkar, that has completed its censor formalities properly. A government that does not have the guts to face a criticism can go off the tangent. Commercialised politicians will soon be vanished and the good people would win."

It can be recalled that Kamal Haasan extended his support to Vijay's previous film, Mersal, when that film encountered political controversies. The same incident repeats itself, this time for Sarkar!
