SARKAR DAY 1 BOX OFFICE REPORT

The Thalapathy Vijay starrer Sarkar had its grand worldwide release yesterday, November 6. Though, two other Tamil films got released yesterday, it looked more or else like a grand solo release with a maximum number of screens allocated for Sarkar.

Vijay - A.R.Murugadoss' third outing together has emerged with a tremendous opening day figure, in fact, it has got the highest ever opening for any film in Chennai city box office.

The film has approximately grossed around to ₹2.26 crores in Chennai City on Day 1. The Diwali release window and pre-release expectations have proved to be advantageous indeed.
