Pooja Batra is a well-known South Indian actress and former Miss India. Last year on 4 July, the actress married her long-time beau, Nawab Shah. In a recent tweet, she has shared the intimate proposal incident that happened.

Nawab Shah is an Indian film actor, who works in Hindi films prominently. Shah debuted in 2000 with director Rajeev Kumar's Raja Ko Rani Se Pyar Ho Gaya. The film had Arvind Swamy and Manisha Koirala in the leads. His latest stint in Tamil was in Darbar, as one of the villains.
