''SIMBU IS INVOLVED IN THE FILM AND IS VERY SUPPORTIVE''

Adhik Ravichandran’s Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan (AAA) with Simbu in three roles went on floors recently. Shriya Saran is making a comeback of sorts in this film as a love interest for one of the Simbus and her pictures from the film showcase a very homely Shriya.

When we contacted Adhik for his take on this, he elaborates, “Shriya plays an emotionally driven character in AAA. Although there will be romance, there would also be an emotional connect for the audience with her character. Since Simbu-Shriya pair is a new one, it will appear very fresh on screen. Their on-screen chemistry is really working out perfect. Even though Shriya’s pictures from the film reveal a traditional character for her, she is only playing a normal, middle class girl with a specific period look. After Sivaji we have not seen her in a homely get up and AAA will fill that gap and it will also give her a big break.

Shooting began five days ago and it is proceeding at a fast clip.  Cooperation from both Simbu and Shriya is amazing. Simbu is much involved in the film and is very supportive. He is completing his portions very fast and also in the way I want him to. I am very happy and so is my crew.

I will first complete one episode of Simbu and then move on to the next and that’s when I will firm up the heroines for other Simbus.”
