Tamil superstar Suriya was last seen playing the lead in the Hari-directed S3 and will be next seen in the much-anticipated NGK, directed by Selvaraghavan and co-starring Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi in important roles. The actor is also a producer and owns the production banner 2D Entertainment.
Recently, 2D Entertainment has collaborated with 'Irudhi Suttru' director Sudha Kongara for an upcoming film with actor Suriya himself playing the lead. The film is tentatively titled 'Suriya38' and features music by actor-musician GV Prakash Kumar with a personal note attached to it. As a token of appreciation, the actor gifted a bouquet to the music director for composing some brilliant tunes for the film. GV Prakash Kumar took to Twitter to express his joy upon receiving it.

GV Prakash Kumar is gearing up for the summer release of next film, Kuppathu Raja, along with the A.L Vijay directed Watchman. The actor was last seen in the Rajeev Menon's musical film 'Sarvam Thaala Mayam' and is busy with a slew of upcoming projects, including the Vetrimaaran-directed Dhanush starrer 'Asuran.
