FROM VIJAY TO DHANUSH ...

Vetri Maaran’s upcoming thriller film is Visaranai that holds Dinesh, Samuthirakani, Kishore and Anandhi in important roles. The film has been recognised by few International film festivals for its intense concept. It is co-produced by Vetri Maaran’s home production Grass Root Film Company and Dhanush’s Wunderbar films.

Dhanush is also funding director Vignesh Shivan’s Naanum Rowdy Dhaan starring Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. The team recently released its first look poster and is set to unleash the audio composed by Anirudh soon.

Sources hint that Lyca Productions, known for making the Ilayathalapathy Vijay starrer Kaththi has apparently bagged the Tamil Nadu release rights of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan and the worldwide release rights of Visaranai. The only commonality between these projects is Dhanush, the producer.
