''ETHANA THALA PADAM PATHRUPOM'' - SIMBU IN ELECTRIC FORM

The second trailer of Vaalu was released yesterday (June 27) evening at 5 pm and has gone on to create quite a frenzy. It has been a trending phenomenon in Facebook and Twitter and sets up the film pretty well for its release on July 17. 

 

Editor T.S.Suresh has packed the trailer with all the highlights and makes the film really viable not just for Simbu fans but also for the general commercial cinema fan. The dialogues in the trailer have an instant recall value and the way Simbu delivers them makes it even more enjoyable for the viewer. From the cheeky "Enakku Englees andha alavukku theriyadhu" to the intense "Mavane Kandam Aiduvaan"  the lines are right out of the top drawer. There is in fact an apt dialogue in the trailer when the cutesy Hansika says that dialogue delivery is a major plus in Simbu. 

 

The Simbu - Santhanam comedic chemistry is another ace and their celebrated comfort zone and rapport are clearly evident in their banter which is entertaining all through. The rap by composer Thaman is an adrenaline pumping experience when the trailer shifts to action mode with a fiery Simbu taking on the baddies.

 

All said, Vaalu Trailer 2's big high-point is undoubtedly the "Ethana Thala Padam Pathrupom .. Idhu Kooda Theriyaadha" line delivered by our hardcore Ajith loyalist, Simbu. This sure is a 'whistle alla pogum' moment and would be a major look-out when the film releases.
