In an era were composing music for 100 movies is an accomplishment, Raja sir (Ilaiyaraja) has composed for over 1000 film albums and he doesn't look like slowing down either.

To commemorate this Himalayan achievement, Raja sir will be performing a live concert in Mumbai today. This event will feature an elite list of celebrities including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Dhanush, Shruti Haasan and many more.

The occasion also marks the official music launch of Shamitabh, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Dhanush and Akshara Haasan in the lead roles. The album comprises of 6 unique tracks.

Post this Mumbai concert, Raja sir will be performing in two more similar concerts in Delhi and Chennai later on.
