Jilla doesn't go the Veeram way

It’s just a few hours away for the festive season to begin in Tamil Nadu in the form of Jilla and Veeram. After a long time, audiences are likely to be treated with commercial potboilers for the Pongal season.

While Veeram directed by Siruthai Siva will be dubbed and released in Telugu as Veerudokkade on the 24^th of January, talks about Jilla being dubbed into Telugu also have arisen.

To this poser, the Jilla team clarified recently that there is a plan to remake Jilla in Telugu with Telugu actors and hence Jilla is not releasing in Andhra in the dubbed fashion.

Meanwhile Jilla will be released all over Kerala by Mohanlal in many screens across the state.
