'Vijay 58' - A special day, a grand song and a massive crowd sequence

The director of the upcoming magnum opus 'Vijay 58', Chimbudevan is celebrating his birthday today, the 23rd of November. The director has been busy calling the shots for this big-budgeted multistarrer since the past 10 days or so, and today he is involved in rehearsals for a stunt sequence.

 

After the formal 'puja' ceremony, for the first 6 days a grand song shoot was done under the supervision of choreographer Raju Sundaram. On all days, the shoot went up to 9 pm and the crew was dedicated to the core. After this song, a massive crowd sequence involving about 750 people was shot.

 

Vijay, Sridevi, Sudeep, Shruti Haasan, Hansika, Vijay Kumar, Thambi Ramaiah, Sathyan, Joe Malloori, Naren, Jr. Balaiya, Vijay Jasper and a host of other actors have participated in the shoots so far.
