Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam is on the way up

Director Parthiban's latest offering Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam (KTVI) has been met with positive response from the audience and has held its own despite the release of Anjaan alongside. 

 

Initially the movie was released in around 200 screens worldwide and the show count was minimal over the first weekend. Now we hear that thanks to the good word of mouth, the screen count has been increased to 250. In the coming days, the worldwide screen count may be increased to even 300, to meet the extra public demand.

 

Directors starting from Bharathiraja down to new age youngsters like Nalan Kumarasamy have apparently praised Parthiban for his effort in presenting a new experience to the audience.
