Simran was cast in a mature and poignant role as a mother in Gautham Menon’s Varanam Aaiyram and she’s set to team up with him yet again in Dhruva Natchathiram. Sources say that Simran will be paired opposite Parthiban who has also been cast in an integral role in the project.

The film had an auspicious beginning with a few scenes involving Suirya being shot immediately after the ceremonial pooja. The first look poster of Dhruva Natchathiram was released and safe to say it has amped up the curiosity levels. The film’s other x-factor will undoubtedly be A.R. Rahman’s music.
