Fresh trailer for a film that completes 1000 weeks

Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge directed by Aditya Chopra and produced by Yash Chopra, and starring Shahrukh Khan and Kajol, enjoys a unique status in Indian cinema. The film released on 20^th October 1995, still runs in Maratha Mandir theatre in Mumbai, nearing its two decade mark.

There were talks that the film might be removed from the theatre but the authorities maintain that they have no such plans, as the film continues to enjoy good patronage.

Meanwhile a fresh new trailer was released celebrating the film’s 1000 weeks' run which again appears to create a new record in the online medium. The magic of Shahrukh Khan, Kajol and their innocent romance continues to engage the audience, transcending time barriers.
