The controversies about the alleged illegalities in determining the sex of the premature surrogate child of Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan died down after the actor sent out an official press release.

“Amidst all the noise that has been going around, the sweetest is the one made by our new-born baby, AbRam,” announced the superstar. He also justified, “He (the baby) was born prematurely by several months but has finally come home. As a family our silence on this subject was due to the personal nature of emotional strife that we have been going through due to his health.”

Khan also clarified that the baby was born much before the speculations of ‘sex determination’ and other ‘issues’ pertaining to the same had risen. He requested all the media houses to allow his family to cherish the private moment and thanked the doctors who made the procedure successful.

To sum up, the actor added, “They say a baby is God’s opinion that the world should go on. Post this statement, I hope we all move on too.”
