Indian steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal, who is based in the UK, has reportedly donated $25 million (over Rs 162 crore) to the Harvard University. The donation will establish an endowed fund for the South Asia Institute at the university. The institute, which leads Harvard’s engagement with South Asian countries, including India, would be called as Lakshmi Mittal South Asia Institute at Harvard University, say reports.
