THOUSANDS THRONG ANNA SALAI, LAY SIEGE TO CHEPAUK STADIUM

Thousands of protesters have gathered in Anna Salai near Chepauk stadium to protest against the IPL match between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders. They are seen raising slogans against the Centre for not forming the Cauvery Management Board as per Supreme Court’s order. Earlier, Tamil Nadu political leaders had demanded that the match venue should be shifted out of the state as protests were going on against the Centre.
