According to reports, a supporter of TTV Dhinakaran died in the early hours of Tuesday in a road accident. The deceased, S Santhanam was serving as secretary of the Dhinakaran faction in RK Nagar branch. A truck rammed the vehicle in which Santhanam and six other party members were travelling, killing Santhanam and injuring the others. While Santhanam died on the sport, the others are admitted to hospital and are reportedly being treated.
